Mike Ross
SVP and CHRO @ La Maison Simons
Mike Ross is Senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer at La Maison Simons. He has also served as a Lecturer at McGill University's MBA program and a Senior Fellow at the Jeanne Sauvé Foundation. Prior to these roles, Mike founded Juniper (a boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, culture and innovation practices) as well as Vocaprep (the premier platform for consulting case interview preparation, acquired by CaseCoach in 2019). He was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, a Managing Director in a private equity firm and an attorney. Mike holds an MA in International Relations and a JD from University of Toronto as well as an MBA from McGill University.
